QC Streamlining Reduces PPM Rejection

Our QC process streamlining for parts with tight tolerances reduces PPM Rejection (QC rejected parts per million). At the production end, we have reduced it from 90-100 to 0-10.

Improvement of manufacturing production quality reduces the cost of manufacturing. And this leads to a reduction of the quality checks at the client end and reduces the cost of purchase.

Overall this reduces costs by 22% in terms of manpower, machinery, tools, and gauges to do these QC checks.
